- The TCM detects a parking lock solenoid valve circuit malfunction.
Precondition
- Battery voltage is the standard or more.

| Fail-safe |
- Inhibits i-stop control. (Without Mazda M Hybrid boost)
- Inhibits AAS.

| Possible cause |
- Malfunction in the following control valve body component parts (Refer to [CONTROL VALVE BODY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
] in service information).
- Parking lock solenoid valve circuit (including connector/terminal) (open or short circuit)
- Parking lock solenoid valve
- TCM

| Repeatability verification procedure |
- Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC
.)
- Perform the following procedure to ensure that the DTC has been resolved:
- Drive the vehicle. (selector lever at D or R position)
- Shift the selector lever to the P position.
