Quick release connector (fuel system) No. 4 connection note

NOTE:
- If the quick release connector O-ring is damaged or it has slipped, replace the fuel hose.
- Inspect the fuel hose and the sealing surface on the opposite side for damage or deformation.
- If there is any malfunction, perform replacement.
- Install the quick release connector in the order shown in the figure below.

Replacing fuel hose
- Press the fuel hose into the opposite pipe parallel until a click sound is heard and connect.
- Press the retainer down with your fingers.
- If the retainer cannot be pressed down or the checker tab cannot be removed, press the quick release connector further into the opposite pipe.
- Pull out the checker tab by hand.
- Do not use pliers.
Reassembling the fuel hose (when not replacing fuel hose)
- Press the fuel hose into the opposite pipe parallel until a click sound is heard and connect.
- Press the retainer down with your fingers.
- If the retainer cannot be pressed down, press the quick release connector further into the opposite pipe.
- Press and pull the quick release connector forward/back several times and verify that it is connected securely.
