DTC U1007-00: Lin Communication System: Current Sensor Information Communication Error With Pcm (PYUL)

U1007: 00 (PCM (PYUL)) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	LIN communication system: Current sensor information communication error with PCM
Detection condition	The PCM detects a current sensor information communication error.
Fail-safe	Inhibits engine-stop by i-stop control. Inhibits a part of the generator output control.
Possible cause	CAUTION: Connect the negative battery terminal before connecting the current sensor connector. If the current sensor connector is connected first, the PCM may mistakenly recognize a signal from the current sensor and learn the battery condition incorrectly. Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between current sensor and PCM (See CIRCUIT INSPECTION .) (See CONNECTOR INSPECTION .) Current sensor malfunction (Refer to [CURRENT SENSOR INSPECTION ] ). PCM malfunction (Refer to [PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ] ).
Repeatability verification procedure	Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC .) Start the engine.
