Install Engine Stand

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Position the SST at the three locations shown in the figure below, and temporarily tighten using bolts (Part number: 9YA20-1003, or M10x1.5 Underneck 90 mm {3.5 in}).

  2. Install the SST at the three locations shown in the figure below.

  3. Install the SST using the procedure shown in the figure below.

    20 mm {0.79 in}
    1. Install the SST (bolt, nut and plate) on the set SST (arm) using SST (hook and nut).
    2. Adjust by turning the bolt so that the threads of the SST (bolt) protrude approx. 20 mm {0.79 in} from the plate end.
    3. Adjust the SST (plate and arm) using bolts and nuts so that they are parallel to each other.
    4. Completely tighten all the bolts and nuts.
  4. Install on the SST (engine stand).
