Rear propeller shaft installation note (reused)

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

If the rear propeller shaft is reused, install it so that the alignment mark on the boot and shaft parts is aligned.

Temporarily tighten the front and rear bolts and nuts.

Temporarily tighten the center bearing support bolts.

CAUTION:

If the center bearing support bracket is installed upside down, an abnormal noise may occur. Install the bracket as shown in the figure below.

Shake the position at the arrow shown in the figure below up and down 2 or 3 times so that the center bearing support bolts and rubber bushings are adjusted correctly according to the good example.

Tighten in the order of the front side, rear side, and then the center bearing support.
