Visual inspection

NOTE:

Perform the procedure with the ECM removed. (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [PYUL] ).

Visually inspect the ECM for damage and the connectors for damage or corrosion.
- There is damage or corrosion
  - Repair or replace the malfunctioning location. (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [PYUL] ).
- No damage or corrosion
  - The ECM is normal, therefore the inspection is completed.
