P0100-00 (PCM (PYUL)) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	MAF sensor control system: Internal malfunction
Detection condition	Determination conditions	Any one of the following conditions is met: The MAF sensor/IAT sensor No. 1 determines an internal malfunction itself and the PCM receives an error signal from the MAF sensor/IAT sensor No. 1 for the specified period of time. A value other than the preset standard for the output value from the MAF sensor is received for the specified period of time.
	Preconditions	Engine speed: 500 RPM or more 1 The following DTCs are not detected: MAF sensor/IAT sensor No. 1: U060F-00 1: Standard can be verified by displaying PIDs using M-MDS
	Malfunction determination period	Not applicable
	Drive cycle	1
	Self test type	CMDTC self test, KOEO self test, KOER self test
	Sensor used	MAF sensor/IAT sensor No. 1
Fail-safe	Restricts the upper limit of the engine speed. Inhibits the evaporative purge control. Inhibits engine-stop by i-stop control.
Vehicle status when DTCs are output	Rough idling, poor acceleration, stalling
Possible cause	MAF sensor/IAT sensor No. 1 incorrect installation Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between MAF sensor/IAT sensor No. 1 and PCM MAF/IAT sensor No. 1 malfunction PCM malfunction
