DTC P2109-00: TP Sensor System: Full-Close Characteristic Error

P2109: 00 (PCM (PYUL)) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	TP sensor system: Full-close characteristic error
Detection condition	The fully-closed throttle position is outside the specified range even though the fully-closed throttle position learning is completed.
Fail-safe	Restricts the upper limit of the engine speed. Fixes the throttle valve opening angle. Inhibits engine-stop by i-stop control.
Possible cause	Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between throttle body and PCM (See CIRCUIT INSPECTION .) (See CONNECTOR INSPECTION .) Throttle valve actuator malfunction (Refer to [THROTTLE BODY INSPECTION ] in service information). Throttle body malfunction (throttle valve malfunction) (Refer to [THROTTLE BODY INSPECTION ] in service information). PCM malfunction (Refer to [PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ] in service information).
Repeatability verification procedure	Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC .) Perform the KOEO or KOER self test. (See DTC INSPECTION .)
