Intake camshaft removal note

  1. Temporarily install the cylinder head cover bolt to the position shown in the figure below to use it for suspending the timing chain.

  2. Loosen the camshaft cap bolts in a few passes in the order shown in the figure below and remove the camshaft caps.

  3. Remove the intake camshaft.
