| Description |
- The [Start measurement] button of [Daily check of oil quantity (idle check)] on the center display screen does not become operable.
- An error message is displayed on the center display after starting the daily oil quantity check (idle check).

| Possible cause |
Due to customer's driving operation or vehicle conditions:
- Since one of the following vehicle conditions is not satisfied, the [Start measurement] button of [Daily oil quantity check (idle check)] on the center display screen does not become operable.
- Switch the ignition ON (engine on)
- Selector lever: P position
- Electric parking brake operation
- Ramp condition:
- Longitudinal G: 0.05 G or less (tilt angle: 3.1 degrees or less)
- G on the left and right side of the vehicle: 0.05 g or less (inclination angle: 3.1 degrees or less)
- One of the following engine conditions is not satisfied.
- Engine oil temperature: 20-100°C {68-212°F}
- Vehicle stopped (vehicle speed: 0 km/h {0 mph} or less)
- Engine rotation speed: 500-3, 000 rpm
If the part is defective:
- Malfunction in CAN communication line between engine oil level sensor and PCM
- Engine oil level sensor malfunction
- Engine oil pressure sensor malfunction
- Engine oil temperature sensor malfunction
- ABS wheel-speed sensor malfunction
- Low-G sensor malfunction
- Connectivity master unit (CMU) malfunction
- Body control module (BCM) malfunction
- Malfunction in CAN communication line between PCM and body control module (BCM)
- PCM malfunction
