Function Explanation (DTC Detection Outline)
- Indicates that more than the permissible amount of soot has accumulated in the GPF and the compulsory GPF regeneration is required.
- If the GPF sensor output value is large in relation to the exhaust gas flow, or the soot accumulation amount (estimated value) in the GPF is the standard or more, the PCM stores a DTC.
