- The oil control valve (OCV) control voltage relative to the PCM control is too high.

- Set the exhaust variable valve timing control to the maximum advanced position.

- Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between oil control valve (OCV) and PCM (See CIRCUIT INSPECTION
