P0CEC: 00 (PCM (H3T)) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Electric water pump system: High input
Detection condition	When any of the following conditions is met. When the PCM receives the electric water pump overvoltage error signal from the electric water pump. When the PCM receives the electric water pump overcurrent error signal from the electric water pump.
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Possible cause	1. Malfunction of electric water pump (Refer to [ ELECTRIC WATER PUMP INSPECTION [H3T] in service information).
Repeatability verification procedure	1. Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC .)
