P0C30: 00 (PCM (H3T)) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

| Detection condition |
- PCM detects that high voltage battery state of charge (SOC) is the specified value or more.
Preconditions
- Battery voltage: 8.0 V or more
- DTC related to Mazda M Hybrid Boost battery is detected by PCM.
- The following DTCs are not detected
- CAN system: U0111: 00, U0112: 00

| Fail-safe |
- 48 V power supply circuit is cut off.
- Engine speed is limited to specified rotation speed or less.

| Possible cause |
- High voltage battery state of charge (SOC) excess charge
- Mazda M Hybrid Boost malfunction related DTCs are stored in the following modules: (See DTC INSPECTION
.)
- Mazda M Hybrid Boost battery
- Drive motor control module
- PCM malfunction (Refer to [PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
] in service information).

| Repeatability verification procedure |
- Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC
.)
- Replicate the vehicle conditions at the time the DTC was detected using the following procedure.
WARNING:
- Observe legal speed limits when driving the vehicle and perform the procedure in a location where safety can be assured.
- To prevent an accident, work with another person when the vehicle is being driven (one person drives vehicle, other person operates M-MDS).
- Drive the vehicle under the snapshot data condition.
