DTC P06DC-00: Engine Oil Solenoid Valve No. 1 Control Circuit High Input

P06DC: 00 (PCM (H3T)) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Engine oil solenoid valve No. 1 control circuit high input
Detection condition	If the PCM detects that the engine oil solenoid valve No. 1 control current at the PCM terminal 2K is specified value or more with the following condition met, the PCM determines that the engine oil solenoid valve No. 1 circuit voltage is high. Precondition  Battery voltage: 8-16 V 0.5 s have elapsed after the ignition was switched ON (engine off or on) Engine oil solenoid valve No. 1 control duty value: 5% or more
Fail-safe	PCM restricts engine torque.
Possible cause	Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between main relay and engine oil solenoid valve No. 1 (See CIRCUIT INSPECTION .) (See CONNECTOR INSPECTION .) PCM connector or terminals malfunction (See CONNECTOR INSPECTION .) Engine oil solenoid valve No. 1 malfunction (Refer to [ENGINE OIL SOLENOID VALVE INSPECTION ] in service information). PCM malfunction (Refer to [PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ] in service information).
Repeatability verification procedure	Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC .) Perform the KOEO or KOER self test. (See DTC INSPECTION .)
