DTC P0D1D-00: Expansion Valve With Solenoid Valve (A/C Unit Side)/Expansion Valve With Solenoid Valve (Front A/C Unit Side) Circuit Malfunction

P0D1D:00 (DASH_ESU) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Expansion valve with solenoid valve (A/C unit side)/expansion valve with solenoid valve (front A/C unit side) circuit malfunction
Detection condition	The dash-electrical supply unit detects an open circuit or a short to ground in expansion valve with solenoid valve (A/C unit side)/expansion valve with solenoid valve (front A/C unit side) circuit.
Fail-safe	Cancel the high voltage battery cooling system.
Possible cause	Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between expansion valve with solenoid valve (A/C unit side)/expansion valve with solenoid valve (front A/C unit side) and dash-electrical supply unit (See CIRCUIT INSPECTION .) (See CONNECTOR INSPECTION .) expansion valve with solenoid valve (A/C unit side)/expansion valve with solenoid valve (front A/C unit side) malfunction (Refer to [ EXPANSION VALVE WITH SOLENOID VALVE (A/C UNIT SIDE) INSPECTION] ). (Refer to [ EXPANSION VALVE WITH SOLENOID VALVE (FRONT A/C UNIT SIDE) INSPECTION] ). Dash-electrical supply unit malfunction (Refer to [DASH-ELECTRICAL SUPPLY UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ] ).
Repeatability verification procedure	Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC .) Switch the ignition off/main power OFF. Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on)/main power ON (READY off or on).
