DTC B1548-00: Refrigerant Pressure Sensor: Negative Pressure Malfunction In Refrigerant For Cooling Vehicle Interior

B1548:00 (DASH_ESU) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Refrigerant pressure sensor: Negative pressure malfunction in refrigerant for cooling vehicle interior Pressure sensor (LH/RH) system: Negative pressure malfunction in refrigerant for cooling high voltage battery
Detection condition	When any of the following conditions is met: The dash-electrical supply unit detects a negative pressure malfunction in the refrigerant for cooling the vehicle interior. The dash-electrical supply unit detects a negative pressure malfunction in the refrigerant for cooling the high voltage battery.
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Possible cause	WARNING: <<High voltage>> If necessary measures such as wearing the correct protective gear are not taken when inspecting or removing/installing the high voltage parts, it could cause electrical shock and result in serious injury or, in the worst case, death. Before inspecting or removing/installing the high voltage parts, refer to [HIGH VOLTAGE SERVICE CAUTIONS ] in the general information and [HIGH VOLTAGE PART INSPECTION AND REMOVAL/INSTALLATION NOTES ] of the high voltage system service cautions and implement the necessary measures and preparations. (Refer to [HIGH VOLTAGE SERVICE CAUTIONS ] ). (Refer to [HIGH VOLTAGE SYSTEM SERVICE CAUTIONS ] ). Wear insulated gloves when working on a high voltage system. Refrigerant leakage from refrigerant passage 2way valve for refrigerant malfunction (Refer to [ 2WAY VALVE FOR REFRIGERANT INSPECTION] ). Refrigerant pressure sensor malfunction (Refer to [REFRIGERANT PRESSURE SENSOR INSPECTION ] ). High voltage battery malfunction (internal parts malfunction) (Refer to [HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ] ). Dash-electrical supply unit malfunction (Refer to [DASH-ELECTRICAL SUPPLY UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ] ).
Repeatability verification procedure	Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC .) Switch the main power OFF. Switch the main power ON (READY on). Verify that both the vehicle interior cooling and the high voltage battery cooling system are operating. Wait for 30 s or more.
