| Detection condition |
- The dash-electrical supply unit detects a short to power supply in the rear air mix actuator internal potentiometer circuit.

| Fail-safe |
- Rear air mix actuator drive signal is stopped right when the malfunction is determined.

| Possible cause |
- Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between rear air mix actuator and rear climate control unit (See CIRCUIT INSPECTION
