DTC inspection
- Using the M-MDS, perform a DTC inspection and verify if any TEL antenna-related DTCs are detected. (Refer to [DTC INSPECTION

DTC is detected
- Inspect for a possible cause of a detected DTC starting from the top. (Refer to [DTC TABLE [TCU]
] [DTC TABLE [CMU]
] in the Troubleshooting Service Information)
- If the malfunction is not resolved, replace the TEL antenna. (See TEL ANTENNA No. 1 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L.H.D.] ) (See TEL ANTENNA No. 2 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L.H.D.] )
No DTC is detected
- Perform a visual inspection. (See Visual inspection )
