DTC inspection
- Using the M-MDS, perform a DTC inspection and verify if any parking sensor OFF switch-related DTCs are detected. (Refer to [DTC INSPECTION
] in the Troubleshooting Service Information).
DTC is detected
- Inspect for a possible cause of a detected DTC starting from the top. (Refer to [DTC TABLE [BCM]
] in the Troubleshooting Service Information)
- If the malfunction is not resolved, replace cluster switch No. 1. (See CLUSTER SWITCH No. 1 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )
No DTC is detected
- Perform a PID/data monitor inspection. (See PID/data monitor inspection )
- Inspect for a possible cause of a detected DTC starting from the top. (Refer to [DTC TABLE [BCM]
] in the Troubleshooting Service Information)
