DTC inspection

Using the M-MDS, perform a DTC inspection and verify that no parking assist unit-related DTCs are displayed. (Refer to [DTC INSPECTION ] in the Troubleshooting Service Information)
DTC is detected
- Inspect for a possible cause of a detected DTC starting from the top. (Refer to [DTC TABLE [PAU] ] in the Troubleshooting Service Information)
  - If the malfunction is not resolved, replace the parking assist unit (ultrasonic). (See PARKING ASSIST UNIT (ULTRASONIC) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )
No DTC is detected
- Perform a visual inspection. (See Visual inspection )
