DTC inspection
- Using the M-MDS, perform a DTC inspection and verify if any instrument cluster-related DTCs are detected. (Refer to [DTC INSPECTION
] in the Troubleshooting Service Information)
DTC is detected
- If DTC B10A6:16, B1315:49, or B2003:49 is detected, replace the instrument cluster. (See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L.H.D.] )
- If detected DTC is other than B10A6:16, B1315:49, or B2003:49, inspect for the possible cause of the detected DTC starting from the top. (Refer to [DTC TABLE [BCM]
] in the Troubleshooting Service Information)
- If the malfunction is not resolved, replace the instrument cluster. (See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L.H.D.] )
No DTC is detected
- Perform a visual inspection. (See Visual inspection )
