Visual inspection

NOTE:

Perform the procedure with the telematics communication unit removed. (See TELEMATICS COMMUNICATION UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )

Visually inspect the telematics communication unit for damage and the connector for damage or corrosion.
- There is damage or corrosion
  - Repair or replace the malfunctioning location. (See TELEMATICS COMMUNICATION UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )
- No damage or corrosion
  - The telematics communication unit is normal, therefore the inspection is completed.
