Visual inspection

NOTE:

Perform the procedure with the approaching vehicle warning speaker removed. (See APPROACHING VEHICLE WARNING SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )

Visually inspect the approaching vehicle warning speaker for damage and the connector for damage, corrosion, and foreign matter.
- There is damage or corrosion
  - Repair or replace the malfunctioning location. (See APPROACHING VEHICLE WARNING SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )
- There is foreign matter adhering
  - Wipe off any foreign matter.
- No damage or corrosion
  - The approaching vehicle audible system is normal, therefore the inspection is completed.
