P2101-00: (PCM - VIN Y) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

| Detection condition |
- The throttle valve actuator supply voltage is the standard or less even though the main relay is on.
- There is a system error in the electrical throttle control system of the PCM.

| Fail-safe |
- Restricts the upper limit of the engine speed.
- Fixes the throttle valve opening angle.
|

- Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between battery and main relay
