P0198-00: (PCM - VIN Y) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

| Detection condition |
- The specified period of time has elapsed while the engine oil temperature sensor voltage exceeds the standard.
Precondition
- Battery voltage: 8-20 V
- 0.5 s have elapsed after the ignition was switched ON (engine off or on)
