P0123-00: (PCM - VIN Y) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

| Detection condition |
- The TP sensor No. 1 voltage is higher than the standard.

| Fail-safe |
- Restricts the upper limit of the engine speed.
- Limits engine torque.

- Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between TP sensor No. 1 and PCM (see CIRCUIT INSPECTION
