DTC U0320-00: EPS Control Module Malfunction

U0320:00 (PCM - VIN Y) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	EPS control module malfunction
Detection condition	If any of the following conditions is met for a continuous specified time. CAN communication line malfunction between PCM and EPS control module. EPS control module internal malfunction
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Possible cause	DTCs are stored in the following modules. (CAN driver malfunction) EPS control module (See DTC TABLE [EPS] .) PCM (other than U0320:00) (See DTC TABLE [PCM (VIN Y)] .) Malfunction in CAN communication line (including connector/terminal) between EPS control module and PCM. NOTE: Perform the malfunction diagnosis according to the troubleshooting procedure for the multiplex communication system. (See MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW [CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN)] .) EPS control module malfunction (Refer to applicable EPS CONTROL MODULE INSPECTION in the service information.) PCM malfunction (Refer to applicable PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN Y) in the service information.)
Repeatability verification procedure	Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (see CLEARING DTC .) Perform the KOEO or KOER self test. (See DTC INSPECTION .)
