Retainer Removal Note

CAUTION:

If the oil separator or its tab is damaged, blowby gas leakage may occur. Always perform the service according to the following procedures.

Insert a thin flathead screwdriver wrapped in a cloth into the gaps between the retainer and the oil separator.

Remove the retainer while spreading the side surface of the retainer so that the tab is not damaged.
