EGR PIPE No. 1: Notes

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Drain the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT (VIN Y) .)
Remove the plug hole plate. (See PLUG HOLE PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN Y) .)
Remove the EGR cooler. (See EGR COOLER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN Y) .)
Remove the air cleaner. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN Y) .)
Remove the bolts shown in the figure and set the air separate tank aside.

Remove in the order indicated in the table.
