MAP IS NOT DISPLAYED (ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM) DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

Step	Inspection	Results	Action
1	VERIFY ALL SYSTEM DTCs Perform the DTC inspection. (See DTC INSPECTION .) Are any DTCs displayed?	Yes	Repair or replace the malfunctioning location according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.
1		No	Go to the next step.
2	VISUALLY INSPECT SD CARD Visually inspect the SD card for looseness or damage. Is the SD card normal?	Yes	Go to the next step.
2		No	System is normal. (Explain to the customer that there is a malfunction in SD card.)
3	VERIFY IF SD CARD IS VALID Perform diagnostic assist function [Storage Diagnostic Test] MAP Areas. (See DIAGNOSTIC ASSIST FUNCTION [CMU] .) Is the SD card normal?	Yes	Go to the next step.
3		No	Explain to the customer that the SD card is not valid.
4	INSPECT USB PORT/SD CARD SLOT HUB/HDMI TERMINAL FOR MALFUNCTION Inspect the applicable part. (Refer to USB PORT/SD CARD SLOT HUB INSPECTION .) .) (Refer to USB PORT/SD CARD SLOT HUB/HDMI TERMINAL INSPECTION .) .) Is the part normal?	Yes	Go to the next step.
4		No	Repair or replace the malfunctioning location and perform the repair completion verification 1. (Refer to USB PORT/SD CARD SLOT HUB REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) .) (Refer to USB PORT/SD CARD SLOT HUB/HDMI TERMINAL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) .)
Repair completion verification 1	VERIFY THAT VEHICLE IS REPAIRED Install/connect the part removed/disconnected during the troubleshooting procedure. Has the malfunction symptom been eliminated?	Yes	Complete the symptom troubleshooting. (Explain contents of repair to customer)
Repair completion verification 1		No	Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW [CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN)] .) If the CAN communication is normal, perform the diagnosis from Step 1. If the malfunction is not resolved, replace the connectivity master unit (CMU). (Refer to CONNECTIVITY MASTER UNIT (CMU) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
