Compressor wheel inspection
- Visually inspect all of the compressor wheel wings for breakage, damage or bending.
- If there is bending or damage, replace the dynamic pressure turbo.
NOTE:
- If the compressor wheel has contacted the compressor housing, several of the wing ends may have broken, as well as damage or bending may have occurred.
- If there are broken wings, damage or bending in the compressor wheel, verify the following after replacing the dynamic pressure turbo.
- Intake/exhaust system related parts
- Oil pipe damage
