Remote Tuner (Rt) Inspection
NOTE:
- The integrity of the remote tuner (RT) cannot be determined from a single part. When inspecting the remote tuner (RT), perform the following procedure.
- Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.
- Perform the DTC inspection for the connectivity master unit (CMU) and verify if any DTCs related to the remote tuner (RT) is detected. (Refer to
DTC INSPECTION
in the service information)
- If DTCs are detected, repair the malfunctioning location according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (Refer to [DTC TABLE [CMU] ] in the service information)
