- When the ignition is switched off/main power is switched OFF even though the vehicle reception sensitivity is high, the vehicle health report of the MyMazda is not updated.

- Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between TEL antenna No. 1 and telematics communication unit
- Other than the vehicle malfunction (such as server, communication environment, Smartphone, or application)
- TEL antenna No. 1 malfunction
- Telematics communication unit malfunction
