- Connector or terminal malfunction of the following parts:
- Notification and warning speaker
- Body control module (BCM)
- Open circuit in notification and warning speaker signal circuit
- Short circuit to ground in notification and warning speaker signal circuit
- F16 15 A fuse malfunction
- Short circuit to ground in power supply circuit of notification and warning speaker
- Open circuit in power supply circuit of notification and warning speaker
- Notification and warning speaker malfunction
