Nut, washer and control rod component removal note

  1. Secure the control rod component with an adjustable wrench as shown in the illustration.

    CAUTION:
    • Do not use an impact wrench.
    • When loosening the control rod nut, secure the control rod component without applying torque within the AT.
  2. Remove the control rod nut.

  3. Remove the washer and control rod component.
