WASTEGATE Valve Actuator Inspection

Continuity Inspection 

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION ).
2. Disconnect the wastegate valve actuator connector. (See DYNAMIC PRESSURE TURBO REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
3. Inspect for continuity between wastegate valve actuator terminals B and F.

• If there is no continuity, replace the dynamic pressure turbo. (See DYNAMIC PRESSURE TURBO REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
