Coolant Control Valve Inspection

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION ).
- Disconnect the coolant control valve connector. (See COOLANT CONTROL VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
- Inspect for continuity between coolant control valve terminals A-B.
- If there is continuity, the coolant control valve is normal.
- If there is no continuity, replace the coolant control valve. (See COOLANT CONTROL VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
