Intention of troubleshooting procedure
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Step 1
- Inspect the evaporative gas passage between purge solenoid valve and ejector for malfunction.
- Step 2
- Perform the inspection for a check valve (ejector side).
- Step 3-4
- Verify the condition of the ejector installation and perform a unit inspection.
- Step 5
- Perform the inspection for a check valve (intake manifold side) stuck open.
- Step 6
- Inspect the evaporative gas passage between fuel tank and purge solenoid valve for malfunction.
- Step 7
- Perform the inspection for a CV solenoid valve stuck open.
- Step 8
- Perform a unit inspection of the charcoal canister.
- Step 9
- Perform a unit inspection of the purge solenoid valve.
- Step 10-11
- Verify that the primary malfunction is resolved and there are no other malfunctions.
