ABNORMAL SHIFTING (GW6A-EL, GW6AX-EL) DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

Step	Inspection	Results	Action
1	INSPECT SIGNAL PARTS FOR MALFUNCTION Inspect the value at the following PCM PIDs using the M-MDS. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [PCM (VIN Y)] .) APP (APP sensor) BARO (BARO sensor) BOO (Brake switch) ECT (ECT sensor) IAT (IAT sensor No. 1) MAF (MAF sensor) RPM (CKP sensor) Is there any malfunction?	Yes	Repair or replace any malfunctioning parts according to the inspection result.
1		No	Go to the next step.
2	VERIFY IF MALFUNCTION CAUSE IS LOW-G (XY) SENSOR Is there any malfunction?	Yes	Replace the SAS control module. (See SAS CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM - US/CANADA SPEC.] .)
2		No	Symptom troubleshooting is completed.
