EGR Cooler Installation Bolt Installation Note

  1. Install the EGR cooler installation bolts.

    TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

    Tightening torque
    A: 20-26 N.m {2.1-2.6 kgf.m, 15-19 ft.lbf}
    B: 8-11 N.m {82-112 kgf.cm, 71-97 in.lbf}
  2. Install the vacuum pipe.

    TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

    Tightening torque
    8-11 N.m {82-112 kgf.cm, 71-97 in.lbf}
  3. Connect the vacuum hose as shown in the figure.
