DTC P0713:00 (TCM, EV6A-EL, EV6AX-EL, US) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	TFT sensor circuit high input
Detection condition	Under the following conditions, the ATF temperature is -40 °C {-40 °F} or less: Battery voltage is 8 V or more. The ECU internal temperature is the specified temperature or more. ECU internal temperature sensor related DTC is not recorded.
Fail-safe	Inhibits learning control. Inhibits neutral idle control.
Possible cause	TFT sensor malfunction Coupler component malfunction TCM malfunction
