DTC P0667:00 (TCM, ET6A-EL, ET6AX-EL, US) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	ECU internal temperature sensor/performance problem
Detection condition	Under the following conditions, the difference between ECU internal temperatures of three ECU internal temperature sensors are 15 °C {59 °F} or more: Engine is running. Soaked for 6 hours or more. No malfunction in ECU internal temperature sensor circuit
Fail-safe	Inhibits learning control. Inhibits neutral idle control.
Possible cause	Control valve body malfunction ECU internal temperature sensor (built-into TCM) malfunction
