DTC P061D:00 (PCM, SKYACTIV-G) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Internal control module engine air mass performance problem
Detection condition	Indicates an error occurred in the PCM.
Fail-safe	Restricts the upper limit of the engine speed.
Possible cause	PCM connector or terminals malfunction Software incompatibility issue PCM malfunction
