DTC U3000:16 OR U3000:96 (ELECTRIC POWER STEERING (EPS)) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	EPS control module
Detection condition	The on-board diagnostic function detects control module malfunction
Fail-safe	Refer to "Fail-safe Function Table". (See DTC TABLE (ELECTRIC POWER STEERING (EPS) (US)) .)
Possible cause	Internal malfunction of EPS control module
