- The DSC HU/CM detects that the configuration data stored by the DSC HU/CM and the configuration data received from the body control module (BCM) and the PCM do not correspond.

| Possible cause |
NOTE:
- To correctly write the configuration data sent from the body control module (BCM) and PCM to DSC HU/CM, 30 s or more have to be elapsed since the ignition is switched ON (engine off or on).
- DTCs are stored in the body control module (BCM).
- Body control module (BCM) configuration not implemented
- Body control module (BCM) internal memory malfunction
- Body control module (BCM) configuration data error
- Configuration procedure was not completed properly.
- DSC HU/CM removed from other vehicle is being used
- PCM malfunction
- Body control module (BCM) malfunction
- DSC HU/CM malfunction
