| 2 | INSPECT BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) FOR MALFUNCTION

| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 3 | VERIFY REPLACEMENT RECORD OF DSC HU/CM

Yes | After re-implementing the required servicing when replacing the DSC HU/CM in accordance with DSC HU/CM removal/installation, perform the repair completion verification. (See DSC HU/CM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L.H.D. (US)] .) |

| 4 | RESET CONFIGURATION DATA FOR BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM)

Yes | Perform the body control module (BCM) configuration again using the M-MDS and perform the repair completion verification. |

| Repair completion verification 1 | VERIFY THAT VEHICLE IS REPAIRED

Yes | Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW (US) .) If the CAN communication is normal, perform the diagnosis from Step 1.
