DTC U0402-68: Error Signal Received From Transmission/Transaxle [DSC HU/Cm]: Outline

System malfunction location	Error signal received from transmission/transaxle
Detection condition	The DSC HU/CM receives the error signal from the TCM.
Fail-safe	Refer to "DTC Table" and "Fail-safe Function Malfunction Contents Table". (See DTC TABLE [DSC HU/CM (US)] .)
Possible cause	The transmission/transaxle could not send a normal signal temporarily. (DTCs are stored in the TCM.) Transmission/transaxle malfunction TCM malfunction
