DTC P0807-00: Clutch Stroke Sensor Circuit Low Input (Us): Outline

DTC P0807:00 (PCM, SKYACTIV-G, US) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location Clutch stroke sensor circuit low input
Detection condition
  • The output voltage of the clutch stroke sensor is less than 0.22 V for a continuous 0.5 s.
Precondition
  • Battery voltage: 8-16 V
  • 0.5 s have elapsed after the ignition was switched ON (engine off or on)
Fail-safe
  • Not applicable
Possible cause
  • Clutch stroke sensor incorrect installation
  • Clutch stroke sensor connector or terminals malfunction
  • PCM connector or terminals malfunction
  • Short to ground in any of the following clutch stroke sensor circuits.
    • Power supply circuit
      • Signal circuit
  • Short circuit in clutch stroke sensor signal circuit and ground circuit
  • Open circuit in any of the following clutch stroke sensor circuits.
    • Power supply circuit
      • Signal circuit
  • Clutch stroke sensor malfunction
  • PCM malfunction
