DTC P0629:00 (PCM, SKYACTIV-G, US) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE


System malfunction location	Fuel pump control module: Current error
Detection condition	The PCM detects over-current during the fuel pump control module control.
Fail-safe	Stops fuel pump control
Possible cause	Fuel pump unit connector or terminals malfunction Fuel pump unit malfunction Fuel pump control module connector or terminals malfunction Short to ground in fuel pump unit signal circuit Short to power supply in fuel pump unit signal circuit Fuel pump control module malfunction PCM malfunction
